TrackandTuner.com visited SuperCarSundayNL 2017 at Zandvoort circuit. This time the weather forecast were very poor but we took the chance and had a full day of sun and a great day with great Supercars instead of Hypercars.
Some people were disappointed because not all the Hypercars like the Pagani Zonda, LaFerrari and the previous Koenigseggs where there. This was because the poor weather forecasts, but it turned out to be the perfect sunny day for a trackday.
Still cars like a Ferrari F40, Novitec N-Largo, a Supercharged Huracan, SLS Black Series, Koenigsegg CCXR, Ferrari 812 Superfast and the Lamborghini Huracan Performante were all there. We attended with a BMW M3 F80 and had a great time driving on track.
Unlike Assen, it was a lot quieter on track, making it perfect to set some great laps.
We took some action photo's of all the cars during the trackday sessions. It was cool to see that the Ferrari 458 Italia was going well on Zandvoort, Others like the Lamborghini Huracan Performante took it easy.
It was a pleasure to see the Huracans on track, they look and sound awesome. Other great cars like the Porsche 911 GT3RS, Audi RS, BMW M and Mercedes AMG cars doing great to punch above their weight.
The BMW M3 F80 performed like a champ, and overtook them all. Yes, I know, that is not the point, but we were driving pretty easy and still overtaking the Novitec N-Largo, 458 Italia and many more. The best thing was that we on the main straight this BMW M3 F80 is now as fast as a Ferrari 458 Italia, tuning done right!
The most important thing is that we had a blast and parked up to some pretty legendary cars like the Ferrari F40 for some nice pictures.
