This is our final part of this year’s Supercar party. After the display, it was time for the final Hyper/Supercar session on track. It was very nice to see that the McLaren Senna went head to head with the 1000HP Zenvo TSR-S.
I have to say It again, while the Zenvo and the McLaren Senna might be the same size, the Senna looks so much more agile on track. The Zenvo is looking a bit bulky, which might be due because of the large front grill and big wing on the back.
Don’t underestimate the fact that the Zenvo TSR-S is ridiculously fast. It has a Twin Turbo V8, producing 1,177bhp, weighing in at 1.500 KG. Zenvo claims 0-62mph in 2.8secs and 0-124mph in 6.8secs. To put this in perspective the McLaren 720s hits 124mph in 7.4secs.
They are a small company still developing their cars and from the first prototype to this version, they have made great progress.
The CEO Vollertsen rightfully points out “our customers… they are not buying a car, they are investing in the company”. A company still developing and letting their customers develop with them.
