TrackandTuner.com visited the AvD Oldtimer GP.
As you can see, the AvD Oldtimer is one of the great Oldtimer events on the Nurburgring.
But every year we make this a real vacation, with a full week of oldtimers, trackdays,driving, photos and racing, lots of racing.
We with one of the best BMW M cars in the world. The new BMW X5 was the perfect car to tow the legendary BMW M3 e30 DTM back to the Nurburgring.
During this week, we did a mad photoshoot with ppg.x his Porsche GT3RS by Manthey racing, together with the BMW M3 e30 DTM and the tuned BMW M3 F80.
This resulted in some epic shots, which you can find here, here and here.
We had wanted to take the BMW M3 e30 DTM on the Nordschleife. We know the risks as we have our own Ringtool for these things, but we wanted some great photos. We took it easy on a weekday with almost no cars on track.
The experience and the photo's where worth it!

The week flew by and unfortunately we needed to leave already, guess Arnold said it best "I 'll be Back"
