Trackandtuner.com visited Supercar Madness at the TT Circuit of Assen.
This year it is named Supercar Madness, but previous years it was known as SupercarSundayNL. However you want to call it, it is always a huge event with the best Supercars and Hypercars.
We already had a bit of a sneak peak of all the cars during Day1 World of Cars, but the hypercar line-up was even better at Supercar Madness.
If Esser Automotive and the Vijverberg Trofee show up, you know hypercars like the Pagani Zonda, Bugatti Veyron, Chiron and Koenigsegg will be there ready to rock.
This year we even saw the brand new Apollo IE. This car is a full on race car with a V12 engine and sciencefiction looks. As you can understand this car was the star of the show and was presented in the front of the major Hypercar line up.
We brought our BMW M3 e36 S54 Turbo and the BMW M3 F80. We had a lot of fun on the track, during the hot lap session. It was the first time out on track with the BMW M3 e36 Turbo and with no ABS or Traction control, we took it easy but the car was a lot of fun and soo fast!
Unfortunately we were not allowed to do a burn-out, but with a 1000HP, a bit of smoke is "normal" , oeps :D
My favorite might be the Porsche Carrera GT tuned by Gemballa. The sound and looks are killer for me.
However taking one hypercar out of this line up is almost impossible.
Which one of these mad cars would you take? Are you a Pagani, McLaren, Koenigsegg fan or is the Apollo IE your pick? Let me know in the comments.
Don't forget to check out the video for a nice VLOG of the entire day, including our laps on track.
