TrackandTuner.com visited the Nurburgring Nordschleife during a very busy weekend.
During one weekend we will be reporting the following events:
- Classic GP
- TF Nordschleife
- Photoshoot with a couple of legendary cars
- GranTurismo Events Nurburgring
First up is the Nurburgring Nordschleife during Touristfahren weekend. Lots of great cars again on the Nordschleife with many new Porsche GT3RS cars, the great BMW M3 and M2 tracktools and many more.
It was 2 weeks after the 24H of the Nurburgring, which you can see with many "lounge area's" still around the Nordschleife.
I also had to laugh and pay my respect to the Citroen C1 "Manthey". All the cool kids drive Manthey, so he though lets do this too.
I walked all the way up to Adenauer Forst and the big Carrusel. For instructions see my guidance on how to visit these corners.
One big surprise was the Aston Martin Rapide when I was up at the famous Adenauer Forst corner. Only a few cars went off, mainly oversteering Audi's haha.
Again lots of great spec'd Porsche GT3 cars and the M2's all prepped for the ring.
I still have a soft spot for the BMW M3 e46 with a carbon fiber airbox, these cars sound awesome!
